Sighting of Matthew Mullaney

A tourist from the USA visting Dublin claims that he met a person fitting the descripton of missing American Matthew Mullaney in the Celt Pub on Talbot Street in Dublin on February 17th last.

Matthew was coherent and looked fine, but supposedly now has “mutton chop” like sideburns and bushy hair like his photo taken in Italy.
