I am searching for Bill Cowan whom I believe was from Ireland (Donegal or Dublin?) but was living at 200 Romford Road in London in the 1950s. He left that address in 1958 and would now be in his eighties. He had a brother Pat/Paddy who lived at the same address. I believe he worked for London Bus. I am trying to find him on behalf of my uncles. It would mean so much to them to find out what happened to him and whether or not he is still alive.
