Vincent Mc Ginley was born on 19 July 1942 and is a native of Derry. At the time of his disappearance he was living with his wife and family in Lifford Donegal. He went missing on 27 July 1979 and there has been no word from him since. His wife and family would just like to know whether or not he is alive. Prior to leaving, he had sold his car and prior to his marriage he was used to working abroad particularly in Germany.
