I am trying to make contact with Tom Low (not sure if this is correct spelling). It could be spelled Lau. I am searching on behalf of my husband Wesley Kelly. Tom is from Hong Kong but was in Ireland for a time. Last time he was in Ireland was 1980. At that time he was in Dun Laoghaire working in a restaurant called "Hong Kong" (no longer there). He lived in Clarinda Park Dun Laoghaire at the time. It is believed that he went to London and may have worked in the Tailoring business. He would be aged about 62 now. Any information that you can give would be appreciated.
