Evelyn McGuigan was born on the 20th of October 1953 at the Maternity Hospital Bells Hill Glasgow . registered on the 16th of December 1953 at Bells Hill Glasgow. Mothers name Kathleen Mc Guigan Nee cassidy. Fathers name John Joseph McGuigan. Evelyn returned to Ireland looking for her family when she was 16 years old . Evelyn's parents left her in the hospital after she was born and we have been told that she was adopted. We have been making lots of inquiries over the years but, the fact that she was adopted, we had lots of difficulties. Evelyn's two sisters and three brothers were all separated and put into different orphanages in Ireland , its only in the past few years that they have made contact with each other.
