John Bratherton is a close relative of Carole, who came from Carrignavar, Cork, and he is very anxious to contact her. She visited England in 1959, but is believed to have returned to Ireland during the summer of 1960. Contact was lost in 1963.

Carole was born about 1924, which would make her about 80 years old at the present time. It is uncertain whether she ever married (I have tried all Irish and U.K. marriage and death indexes without success).

Her last known employment was as a commercial traveller with Smith and Nephew (pharmaceuticals etc.) in the early 1960s.
