Consultation Paper on Civil Law of Missing Persons

The Law Reform Commission published today its consultation paper in relation to the whole area of the law and “Missing and Presumed Dead”. The proposals are to be welcomed and should help the families of missing people in relation to dealing with practical issues from administering an estate to marital/civil partnership status.
