Details of the Lost Contact

I am seeking Edward Fleming on behalf of his cousins in Dublin who have been searching for him for many years. His father who was their mother's brother was killed in an accident when he was a very young child. He was taken by his mother to live in Birmingham, where all contact was lost, we do know he is an only child and is now in his fifties. His mother was from kilrush clare
